Yoga Therapy

The practice of Yoga has gained widespread acceptance as the perfect way to achieve mental as well as physical well being through very effectively co-ordinated movements and postures. These may sometimes involve the entire body or may target specific body parts or muscle groups. Breath control and meditation, forming part of Yoga, ensure the presence of a healthy mind inside a healthy body as well.

At Nisarga we concentrate on the therapeutic aspect of Yoga, in addition to its very well known wellness and de-stressing effects. Our trainers are life-long practitioners of Yoga, and their first hand experience comes very handy while dealing with the conditions unique to each of our Sadhakas. Our Yoga halls are airy, spacious and comfortable, and provide a calming influence on the practitioners, enhancing the effect of the technique.
